Thank you for considering Albert Street Tattoo for your next tattoo.

If you have submitted a consult form, your form is sent directly to your Artist. Our Artists do their best to respond within a week or two of your request.

​

If you have submitted a Waitlist form, this is also sent directly to your artist, although they will respond when they are ready to open their books. 

​

Each of our Artists is responsible for communicating with you (the client) and scheduling consults and appointments.

 

Your Artist will request a retainer

(a deposit or booking fee)

when you accept an offered appointment date.

​

The retainer is non-refundable

and non-transferable.

​

If you are sick, we want you to stay home.

We expect our artists to do the same.

​

As much notice as possible is, of course, appreciated.

If you or your artist are sick, your retainer will apply to your rescheduled appointment.

 

If:

  • You do not attend the scheduled appointment

  • You are more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment

  • You reschedule with less than 7 days' notice 

  • You change the tattoo design without sufficient notice, aside from minor adjustments

a new retainer fee will be required.

please discuss this with your artist directly.
